LandAirSea 54 is not updating or reporting its location.

The most probable cause of your LandAirSea 54 not updating or reporting its location is due to poor GPS or cellular signal. I would advise doing a soft reset or turning off and on again to try to re-establish the device’s connections. Make sure you are at a location where there is unobstructed view of the sky for good GPS signal.

LandAirSea 54 GPS tracker is not charging

the first step should be check the charging cable for any cuts or damages. If you have a spare LandAirSea 54 USB charging cable, try charging the device with it. If the tracker is still not taking charge it could be possible be a case of bad or worn out battery or charging port. Do not attempt to open the device. Why do I have gaps in my location tracking history?

If the LandAirSea 54 GPS tracker is installed on a vehicle, make sure it is located at a position where it can easily send and receive cellular and GPS signals. Why am I not receiving any alert notifications on my phone or email?

LandAirSea 54 uses Silvercloud app to interact with the GPS tracker, access settings and send alert notifications. At the time of activating your GPS unit you are asked to enter your personal info such as phone number and email. Make sure these details are assigned. Also click the notify via mobile app to get alerts directly via Silvercloud app.

How to deactivate LandAirSea 54 or change subscription plan?

On the Silvercloud app go to settings > manage devices. Here you can deactivate, change or renew subscription plans for your LandAirSea devices

Battery status not updated in account after full charge

LandAirSea 54 GPS tracker needs some time to connect to the server and update its battery status. Give it a few minutes to update its battery status along with other info in your account.

    • It appears your LandAirSea 54 is unable to connect to the cellular or GPS signal. As a result it is stuck in startup sequence and you are not getting 3 solid green lights. Try using the tracker at some different location where good cellular and GPS signal is available. If it still doesn’t work please contact LAS support.
